Our founding story
A moment that changed everything
“While stopped in traffic in Delhi, I saw a group of malnourished children begging — met not with compassion, but cruelty from bystanders. That moment planted the seed of Poor Social.”
The contrast was heartbreaking: people spending freely on themselves while turning a blind eye to children in desperate need. It became clear that the problem wasn’t only poverty — it was the indifference of society.
This realization became the catalyst for founding Poor Social Safety & Welfare Foundation — a bridge between those who need help and those willing to give it, but unsure how.
